ARRIVAL
CAR:
Arriving by car is easy due to the central location and there are plenty of parking spaces available. However, we recommend using our bus service or the train if possible. Thank you!
BUS:
There are great offers for travel from various cities in Switzerland.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Please use public transport to get to Andermatt. This is environmentally friendly and makes getting there easier.
ON FOOT ROM ANDERMATT TRAIN STATION:
1. Leave the station and walk towards the main street.
2. Cross the main road and continue towards the Bäz parking lot.
3. Look for the signs leading to the Bäz Andermatt car park. These are clearly visible.
4. You walk along the road until you reach the parking lot.
The journey should not take longer than 10 minutes.
AREAL
The High Peak Festival takes place in the Bäz car park in Andermatt, Switzerland, and offers a spacious area for unforgettable experiences! The focus is on a heated 10-mast main tent with a huge stage that is used for the concerts with bars, lounges and an exclusive VIP zone. In addition, an attractive outdoor area with exhibitors, a variety of food and drink stands and a separate VIP tent awaits you. The Action Zone, which offers many exciting activities, ensures action and fun. Look forward to a varied festival experience!
ALCOHOL
Children and young people under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol. Young people under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming spirits and drinks containing spirits (mixed drinks).
If the age is not clearly above the legal limit, an ID card must be shown to the staff.
ALCOHOL PREVENTION
Drink plenty of non-alcoholic beverages and eat enough during the HIGH PEAK Festival! This will help you to stay fit and clear-headed. An atmospheric ambience and comfortable air lounges invite you to relax and chill. Take care of yourself, stay fit and be safe on the road.
RIBBON
Tickets must be exchanged for a festival wristband at the entrance. This must be worn tightly around the wrist. Opened, broken or lost wristbands lose their value.
The festival wristband is provided with a proof of age. It will only be issued upon presentation of an official ID (e.g. ID card) (ID required)! With a festival wristband on, the festival grounds can be left and re-entered at any time.
VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES
For visitors with disabilities who are dependent on a companion, a discount in the form of a 2-for-1 ticket is granted. To take advantage of this offer, you must prove with a valid document that you are dependent on a companion. The ticket can be booked via email at hello (at) highpeakfestival.ch
Please send a copy of your valid IV card (CH), severely disabled person's card (DE).
Tickets are also available at the box office.
CAMPING
The P1 car park is available for campers and caravans and offers an ideal base for your stay in this picturesque region.
Location: Parking lot P1 in Andermatt
Parking fees: Regular parking fees apply.
Infrastructure: Please note that there are no electricity or water connections. We recommend that you bring enough provisions and water in advance to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
CASHFREE
Simple, secure and cashless: The HIGH PEAK Festival is cashless!
All purchases at the food and drink stands, bars and non-food stands on the festival grounds are processed quickly and conveniently cashless. Accepted payment methods are: Twint, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Postfinance, Samsung Pay, SwatchPAY!, Visa and V Pay. Enjoy the festival without cash and concentrate fully on the music and the experience!
CHARGING
We will have an offer so that you can always charge your phone. This way you can always be connected during the festival and don't miss any important moments!
DRUGS
Drugs are prohibited at the festival (as everywhere in Switzerland). Addiction support is available on site to answer any questions you may have about alcohol and drugs.
DRONES
Drones are prohibited on the entire festival grounds. We ask everyone to follow the rules!
FOOD & DRINK
Our partners from the “Food & Beverage” industry offer a diverse and varied range of food: whether “good home cooking” Swiss, Asian, vegetarian or vegan – you will not be missing anything.
And all this at fair prices.
Restriction on taking drinks with you:
Bringing your own drinks is not permitted on the festival grounds.
PHOTO/VIDEO
Professional photo and video recordings are not permitted. Small digital cameras and smartphones may also be used on the festival grounds.
LOST AND FOUND OFFICE
Found something? Lost something? No problem! The festival lost property office is located at the clearly marked information point at the festival entrance.
After the festival, the lost property will be handed over to the Andermatt Lost and Found office.
Note: For electronic devices, the device number (e.g. IMEI) is essential for a search for the lost item; the same applies to keys; an identification number should also be available.
HEARING PROTECTION
Quiet music is not enjoyable. Neither is music that is too loud. We adhere to the existing regulations regarding maximum volume. If this is still too loud for you, you can and should protect yourself. We therefore distribute free earplugs; available at the information point, in the pit and at exposed bars.
BEVERAGE DEPOT
We have decided not to offer a deposit for drinks. Instead, we appeal to your common sense: please dispose of your waste fairly and responsibly. Together we can ensure that the environment remains clean and that we can all enjoy the festival to the fullest. Thank you for your support!

NATURE CONSERVATION
Our festival site is located in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve. In cooperation with the responsible supervisory commission, we have drawn up extensive measures to protect this zone. We ask our visitors to observe and respect these.

There are various parking options available in Andermatt. However, we recommend using our bus service or train connections to ensure a relaxed journey. This way you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and look forward to the festival. Use the convenient transport options to arrive comfortably!

ANIMALS
A music festival is torture for animals. Therefore, please leave your beloved four-legged friends at home. We also cannot tolerate them on the premises for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding!
